What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We will collect data before, during and after you book and use any of our services. This includes things like:
– Names, Addresses and Contact Information of the person(s) placing an order with us.
– Names, Addresses and Contact Information of the person(s) using our services.
– Details and notes taken relevant to the service provided to help us perform our work.
If you e-mail us or send us messages via social media, these messages are stored within our email system or social media accounts. These messages are stored for as long as practicable to allow us to provide you with better future services.
How we collect the information
We collect information from clients who enquire about our services and those that book. When you enquire with A Lasting Impression Weddings via our contact form, we ask whether clients would like to join the mailing list. Clients have to answer either yes or no. Only those who answer yes are added to the mailing list.
We collect information from our contact form which is hosted by our Customer Records Management System (17hats). All information is stored on secure 17hats Servers which are hosted by Amazon Web Services. For further information, please visit https://www.17hats.com/
We also collect your information if you view certain galleries on our gallery software hosted by Pixieset. Your details are stored by Pixieset on their servers. Further information can be found at https://pixieset.com/privacy/
Your information may also be gathered when purchasing products from us, whether in person or via Pixieset.
This information may include payment information when paying online through Paypal. A Lasting Impression Weddings do not have access to any of your payment information other than the last four digits of your payment card expiry date and in some cases your address and/or your Paypal account information (contact information only). All other payment information is held by Paypal directly.
If paying in person, we utilise Paypal Here using a secure Chip & Pin card reader. No payment information outside of the last four digits of your card and expiry date is recorded by A Lasting Impression Weddings.
